We are delighted to announce that Mary-Anne Daly has been named in the Financial News inaugural Twenty Most Influential in Wealth Management, recognising the sector’s most senior leaders in Europe.
The list, put together by the editorial team at Financial News includes heads of wealth management and private banking businesses, bankers who have worked on major mergers in the sector, and a lawyer who advises wealthy families on tax and succession planning.
Mary-Anne Daly joined Schroders following its acquisition of Cazenove Capital in 2013, she was promoted to CEO of Wealth Management earlier this year. A member of Schroders’ Executive Committee, she has been Chief Executive of Cazenove Capital since 2017.
Under her leadership, Cazenove Capital has expanded its footprint in the UK over the past three years. The business is the largest division within Schroders Wealth Management, and has offices in Bristol, Birmingham, Manchester, Oxford, Edinburgh and Leeds. Outside the UK, Daly’s remit covers Schroders’ Wealth Management operations in the Channel Islands, Switzerland and Singapore.
Within Schroders Wealth Management, which manages in excess of £120 billion (as at 30 June 2024), includes Benchmark Capital and Schroders Personal Wealth our joint venture with Lloyds Banking Group. Over the past six years, the wealth division has reported rising net inflows, reaching a record £6.6bn in 2023.
